Erik’s Journey in the energy field began when he joined the Navy, where he honed his skills in Power Plant Maintenance and Operations. After his service, he returned to his Michigan roots, driven by a passion for sustainable energy. Over the years, Erik has gained knowledge and experience while working in the energy field as an Electrician, Power Merchant, Power Systems Controller, and High Voltage Operations Trainer, working with numerous utilities across the state.

Erik and Chris's love for education and mentorship is evident in every client interaction, by always aiming to provide personalized solutions tailored to specific energy needs. Erik has completed various certifications over his three decades-long career, solidifying his expertise in solar energy and installation.
